A Few Words about the Challenges Animal Shelters Face During Covid-19.

I am a Las Vegas professional dog trainer…I would like to think the best there is in the Las Vegas area, but I want you to know what Lied and Dewey have gone through in 2020. First of all, animal rescues not just in The Valley, but across the country saw a spike in adoptions and foster applications at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Vaccines, spay and neuter programs and nonessential vet visits have been restricted and that makes rescue operations so very challenging as they try to save more and more dogs and other four-legged creatures. In addition, attempting to continue animal rescue efforts and adoptions has been even harder in the wake of social distancing restrictions.

I want you to know that as I enter the new year my commitment to helping you build and maintain a harmonious household is stronger than ever. I would love to meet you and your new best friend. My name is Dennis Danskin. The basics of dog training have NOT changed. See how I approach the challenge at trainhumane.net then call me at (702) 327-4744.

All Dogs May Have Good in Them, But All are not Well-Trained.

There is no reason to believe that your best friend can NOT be trained just because your efforts have failed thus far. Some pet owners chalk up their pets’ behavior to mere doggy antics, but sometimes bad behavior requires professional help. Have you been trying to do this job on your own all along?

Finding the correct dog trainer can be as important as hiring the right auto mechanic or the right plumber. It may be invaluable for dogs of different ages with different issues, from fear to aggression to problems mastering basic commands. And hiring one shouldn’t be considered a reflection of an owner’s personal inability to master a skill that may take decades to perfect.

One mistake in dog training can easily lead to another. That is why Dennis Danskin is here in Las Vegas. If you live anywhere in The Valley he may well be your SECOND best friend. Dennis is a fifty-year veteran of humane dog training. Google his website at trainhumane.net and read his methods. He will visit your family for a free evaluation. Just call (702) 327-4744.

It Was Getting Lonely Around Here.

Are you one of the many people who have adopted a new dog (puppy, or adult…whatever) during the coronavirus pandemic? If so, congrats! You are an amazing and loving Las Vegas area resident! Maybe you’re just thinking about getting a new puppy? After all, 2020 has been a long, lonely year that is almost behind us.

As responsible pet parents (or PAWRENTS), there are certain things you need to do to ensure your new additions are happy and healthy. For example, they need vaccinations, proper socialization, and training. Ah yes, training. That is as important as having a healthy dog within your household.

When it comes to the latter, I would like to offer my services. I am Dennis Danskin…a Las Vegas humane dog trainer for more than five decades. Even though 2020 is like no other year, when it comes to humane dog training the principles are the same. Just visit trainhumane.net then give me a call for a free in-home visit and assessment at (702) 327-4744.
