Training a Pit Bull.

When you see those gut-wrenching scenes from the animal shelters what do you see more than anything else?  You probably notice an inordinate number of Pit Bulls who are ready for adoption.  So many people love this breed, and far too often they are neglected by former owners and now are in need of a loving home in the Las Vegas area.

Here are some things that I have noted over decades of training Pit Bulls and other breeds that have been perceived to be aggressive.  For one thing, teach them to relax.  I always try to train them in a calm environment.  Obedience becomes a lifestyle.  I teach them to look me in the eye.  DO NOT use choke chains, shock collars, or clickers.

Pit Bulls have wonderful personalities and make amazing companions for your entire family.  In Las Vegas, there are thousands of beautiful Pits ready for a forever-home.  Let me help you integrate this amazing breed into your home environment.  I have trained dogs both great and small for over fifty years.  Call me to come to your Las Vegas area home.  My phone number is (702) 327-4744.
